  We identify potential takeover targets and help define the most suitable transaction strategy. We are responsible for the communication between the involved parties.

  We develop market entry strategies and assist the Client in the implementation phase. Our offer is primarily geared towards foreign companies planning to expand in Central and Eastern Europe. 
• Outsourcing of Production Processes
  We identify and contact potential business partners for relocation and outsourcing of production processes. We assist in contract preparation and negotiation, technology transfer as well as quality control.
